如何在歐洲保護(hù)商標(biāo)?
歐洲注冊商標(biāo)的四種方式：
國家方式：如果需要在一個成員國保護(hù)商標(biāo)，可以直接向相關(guān)國家知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局申請商標(biāo)；
The regional route: if protection is needed in Belgium/Netherlands and/or Luxembourg, a trademark application can be made before the Benelux Office of Intellectual Property (BOIP);
地區(qū)途徑：如需保護(hù)比利時/荷蘭和/或盧森堡的商標(biāo)，可向比荷盧知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局(BOIP)申請商標(biāo)；
The European route: if protection is needed in several member states of the European Union (EU), a trademark application can be made for an EU trademark before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO);
歐洲方式：如果需要保護(hù)歐盟(EU)部分成員國的商標(biāo)，可以向歐洲知識產(chǎn)權(quán)局(EUIPO)申請歐盟商標(biāo)
國際方式：可以使用國家、地區(qū)或歐盟商標(biāo)申請，將保護(hù)范圍擴(kuò)大到任何簽署了《馬德里議定書》的國家。
